“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.”
DAVID RICHO

Life is like a roller coaster ride. There are ups and downs, and everybody faces a multitude of problems in life. A lot of the time we can deal with them, heal from the wounds, and eventually grow out of them.

But sometimes there are some problems and hurdles we are unable to understand, face, or cope with. These problems not only affect us psychologically but they overflow into the way we function in the social, academic, and occupational areas of our life. Making it even more difficult to deal with.
