Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a type of therapy in which a trained professional helps a single person work through their problems and concerns over a period of time.

Most of the individuals who opt for individual therapy come not only for psychiatric problems like depression, anxiety, and eating disorders, but also for issues concerning stress, relationships, trauma, addiction, and personality related problems.

All these issues are addressed in therapy and are dealt with together, both by the client and the therapist in a safe, open, and non-judegmental environment.

Individual therapy can be done with any age group but I only work with individuals who are above 18 years old.

Session charges – 2000 / 60 mins

Group Therapy

Group therapy involves one or more psychologists who lead a group of roughly five to 10 individuals. Typically, groups meet for an hour or two each week. These groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain or substance abuse.

Other groups focus more generally on improving social skills, helping people deal with a range of issues such as anger, shyness, loneliness and low self-esteem.

Psychological Wellbeing Programs

Mental health is more than just the absence of a mental illness. Mental health is a state of wellbeing where people can meet their potential, cope with normal stresses, and are connected to their family, friends, and community.

Here at Mind Craft Wellness we conduct workshops for improving the psychological wellbeing of individuals. For more details on these programs please contact me.
